convert to ipod 320x240 video

im looking for a program to convert video (dvd/avi etc.) to a 320x240 format (mp4 i guess? divx/xvid)

its for my creative zen http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=26867&vpn=70PF216200111&manufacture=Creative%20Labs
it supports divx/xvid and all so its mainly for shows/movies i download.

ive found a couple programs that  didnt like... anyone have any suggestions? theres gotta be someone out there with and gaypod that does this

actually thats no good. its for a zen and not ipod. doesnt look like it plays mp4... i tried wmv and it works.

so i need a program that will take a dvd/.avi and convert it into .wmv, or compress it to a smaller avi (320x240)

yea i know what google is champ. hard to sift out between the 3423423 programs out there.\

im looking for something basic looking/small, free (or cracked), and have some advanced options.. i found a bomb program but the audio was out of sync when i converted.

Try Amadis Video Converter ,I use it for my psp,fast encode and simple to use.

thanks man ill check it out.. i just downloaded one now... and im converting a video (accessing my pc remotely) so i wont be able to watch it till i get home... but its going quick and looks like it full featured... so if the end video looks good ill stick with it... if not ill give that one a shot

I can only give you the name of a great program that does conversions in all kind of formats .. i don't know where you can get it or crack it, just look it up on torrent ... it's worth it !

MAGIX VIDEO DELUXE 2006 (maybe 2007 if exists lol) i have 06 and it's a great program!

ok cool ill look.. the one i found is pretty sweet.. but as the movie progresses, the audio gets out of sync with the video... not too bad, but annoying... but when i watch the converted file on the comp, it doesnt do it.. maybe the player doesnt play the file right
