Not a bad system at all although if you aren't into overclocking the 940 is probably wasted.  A x4 635 runs about the same specs and is about $40 bucks cheaper.  Hell I picked one up on eBay for $83 and they work great.  For games you don't even miss the L3 cache.

Cache of that one is lower, and the reason I bought the 940 with the Biostar board, is indeed for overclocking. Since the 940 is a black edition, it's specially made for overclocking. The case itself comes with 2 120mm fans and the powersupply comes with another 120mm fan. Video card brings it's own fan and CPU brings its own fan also. Since the case is a Coolermaster, the design of it is of steel, but the fron panel such as the back panel is completely filled up with breathing holes; same as the power supply. So I guess heat just won't be my enemy this time.

Once it arrives here, because I sent it on boat. I'll take pictures of it and show you guys.And werth, what graphic card do you recommend me?
