Title: Can anyone help vin?

I dled some torrents yesterday now when i go to start an application or open a file this pops up "the application failed to initialize properly (0x80000003) click ok to terminate" i click ok two times then it goes away but the app doesnt start.
help pls?

Also run, virus scan, and registry cleaner.

see what happens.

i've googled it, everything just offers a bunch of crap to dl to fix it that cost money.
im doing a scan now, inno told meh to try that. so its running now.

Yeah 2 scanners that you need and will help you in the long run would be CCleaner and Ad-ware.  Just have those for later uses, it helps out alot!

you got owned!!... hmm if your runnin xp do a restore and see if that fixes it..
yeap. lettin the virus scan finish. its running atm. if it fails im restoring. :D

alright so far, done 2 virus scans. one with symantec one with avg. they both found nothing.
tried to do a system refresh but it can't refresh to any points.
so i deleted tons and tons of files. all the new and unused ones.

dude windows 7 is just as bad as vista, i got rid of it cause i never use it, i had dual boot xp and 7 and ran 7 like 10 times maybe, fuck that
