You can send cash (not recommended) or a cheque by mail I believe, you can use credit card too, through paypal, but don't have to setup an account with them.

Paypal is prolly the safest way to transfer money over the internet, its 100% safe (its what i use when i need to get somthing over the internet)

A money order or cashiers cheque (bankers cheque) the send thru the mail is Safe if ya want to go that way. You can track it if ya want (thru net) and only the name on the cheque can cash it. Western union works but $$. I think a money order is like 2.50 or somethin.

amtes i don't have a ;) credit card but i do have a debit card........i can send some money to a bank account.....like smitty's bank account if u agree i can do it :D
