Benchmark Program

What do you guys use for Benchmark software.  I am curious how this $500 machine performs.  Might even try some overclocking if I get real ambitious.

Thx.  Need something to compare before and after overclocking.  Anyone overclock AMD before just wondering if the AMD Overdrive is worth using or should just do it all through BIOS.

over clocking is bad for your pc and your ping how many mhz you going to over lock??
