Direct X 7 Errors ~ Cod2 black screen

Ok Ive tried 10 different drivers and still having the problem with cod2 crashing and I finally figured out that it runs in DX9 but when I switch to DX7 it reboots as soon as the loading screen is done. I reinstalled direct X and still the same thing. I need ideas Ive tried everything....... thought I was o/c to much so turned it back to 430 mhz and still the same thing, reinstalled old drivers, same thing, in windows xp and windows 7 and its only cod2 that does it, cod4 runs like butter.... cmon I need ideas!!!!!!!!

Fixed it no thanks to you dirty pirate hookers.... installed NVO optimized drivers, works like a charm! bitches
