the site resets them every now and then so new site's get the chance to reach the top ....
if that wouldn't happen other site's will have like 57876546597984354987 votes and new ones will never reach top ...

no if you read the text under the vote button it says stats are reset every 24 hours this means everyone needs to vote once daily

but the vote count resets once a month or something >> montly in ... the times we click on it, it's ranked by those clicks ....
