its because maybe you are on wireless yea? cause thats what the image is called and i noticed you have a different ip on posts with the cell phone than ones without.

lolol  , yeah i post them thru my cellphone (samsung pixon), and yeah its a shorter ip then from my home....but i can only view and post something, i can watch my pm's or send 1, but i cant lock or add a poll, i cant do nothing of that, only posting and reading !!!
