I used a spanish translation dictionary online. =P  I guess he's saying that he got banned and he wants to see the proof that he was cheating.  Maybe Dirt can take a look at this and give us a more clearer translation.

only ban without justification or showing a picture where I am using hack or something with my ip to be the same I dont play more in a wrong server where only ban those who do not use cheat and not ban the cheaters
