Okay i just got  2 bfg tech 9800 GTX'S and i am not even scoring what i did w/ 2 320 mb 8800 gts's!  I think it is my mobo/processor (I have asus m2n-sli deluxe and amd x2 2.6 black edition oc at 3.23.  what do you think?  My scores are about 13k on 3d mark 06 btw.  Running one gets me about 12000.  It runs more consistent with one, but i get over 180 fps at times with both in SLI!f  Do you think i am bottlenecked?

i score 13734 with one of his cards in my rig.  that is why i was thinking that it could be the mobo processor

it sounds like a huge botteleneck. my 3dmark06 scores on my OC 2.8 ghz Pentium D is 11306. after i set factory clock back to 2.0 ( was freezing up alot at 2.8 and im getting a new Q660 ) my 3dmark scores were 8,000. i also noticed Oc'ing my card did nothing since the bottleneck was in the CPU. try to OC your cards, if your scores dont change much you can assume its your CPU.

we have pretty much figureed out that is the psu.  his is a 500 watt.  and one card calls for a 600.  and 2 cards call for a 800-1000.  i mean each card uses 2 pcie 6 pins.  each card supposedly uses close to 200watts.
