I am somewhat optimistic... here's some possible outcomes:1a) They stick to the plan, everything off IWnet... we can play "matches" run off their private server setups. not as much freedom as modded servers, but more than CoD4 stock... we could make it work.b) they cave and "improve" their IWnet private servers to cater to competitive matches... hopefully enough that its similar to modded servers (ie CAL mod, promod).2) I am fairly confident this can still be cracked/ran off a server.. I'm not programmer, but I'm sure it can be done (hopefully a better solution than sticking a gfx card in a server).3) And I think this is the likely scenario.... I think they will release the capability to run a dedicated server, in conjunction to IWnet... it may not be right away, but I think it will happen, especially if they get a petition in the hundreds of thousands.... 90% of the people playing, mostly noobs, will still use IWnet...though, im still cancelling my pre-order because ill just play cracked SP, and multi on Xbox360.

We just used different addresses. I'm not sure about the petition working, but if enough pre-orders are cancelled, I think that would send a much bigger signal to IW. I'm doing both!
