Hi, I used to play COD4 on nobs servers 1 year ago and I was level 55.... I didn't play since then and I had to install the game again. But when I saw i'm lvl 1 again i tryed to use a lvl55 patch. I ran the patch and after that i got banned.
Help.

lol the lvl55 hack is banned by pb.. if u are cracked try changing ur cd key.. if u are legit u pretty much fucked urself

The solution is simple... just update punkbuster manualy by downloading punkbuster updater from http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloads/windows/pbsetup.exe update the punkbuster apply the patch provided from the forums and then enjoy the game. At first when you join the error will be still there. But after few minutes (it took around 4 for me) it started lagging and after the  lag vuala... NO more errors  and the game runs perfectly ... that's my firs day plaing and i'm already lvl 28
