I pulled the trigger, had to. Just to see what it would do, Ill prolly ebay or craigslist it for more in a few weeks anyway. I just cant wait for the 8500 till april :(


The Xeon E3110 has a higher voltage spec which in theory would allow for higher overclocking. Other than the I/O AT(Acceleration Technology) instruction set on the Xeon these two chips are identical.

E3110-Absolute Maximum Volts per Intel is 1.55
E8400-Absolute Maximum Volts per Intel is 1.45
