need intel chip motherboard

i was wondering if anyone had an itel chipset motherboard that they could get rid of.  has to take a core 2 duo.  would like a p450 for later but whatever you got will work.  if you want i will trade a p5n32-sli se deluxe for it.  only reason i what it is cause the sli board wont overclock well at all.
