well i am having issues wondering if you guys could help.  all of a sudden i am not able to oc my cards at all.  like not even 10mhz on the core.  stock is 625/993.  i used to run it at 690/1050 all the time.  i quite doing it for a while and just run it stock.  well i went to run a bench the other day.  and just took it to 650 and crashed.  anything over stock resulkts in a crash.  i really dont know what could cause it.  also i was thinking about getting some new cards.  i have 2 4850's.  would going to 2 4870's or 2 5770's.  i cant afford the 58 series at all.  lol.

If ya wanna sell one of those 4850's let me know. I have the one now, wouldnt mind hookin up the crossfire to see if its gonna preform any better for me. Trade/sell whatever you want lol. Got a MW2 for the xbox i dont use HAHHAHA

i have the q9300 quad core, and for what i can say about it, is that it runs smooth and stabel, and that its pretty fast, altho a bit slower then the q9400 as i can see  , its only 2.5 ghz and 7.5 x 333(is cache memory i think)

been trying to run it at 3.6.  lots of ppl are getting it there.  hell there are ppl getting it to 3.8 with my board on air.  i cant get anything past 425 fsb.  was just wondering if you knew anything about overclocking it.  still dont understand why i cant oc my cards at all anymore.  really thinking about 2 5770's

It could be your RAM limiting you if you are using value stuff or even non-performance sticks.  As for the GPU I have never overclocked one so can't help you there.  My 4860 works just fine although perhaps another in crossfire would be interesting....  What do you bench with your two 4850's

i think the nighest i have ever hit was 21k.  i am not sure.  can only get about 17l right now not being able to overclock.

Well now I will have to see about getting into the Hall of Fame.  Buying a couple of 480s should be worth it just to be on top.  Might have to work on the overclock one first.
