Aww jeez werth your right, he was really 7-4 and not 7-5 thats still a fail noob a recruit needs atleast 67% yes's and 10 votes, now he got the 10 votes but not over 67% voted yes, only one person voted NO and did not state why, I did not count that vote, so it's still a fail. Jeez.

lol ok it's morning give me a break, but he still failed 3 times before, now we can argue all day and all night, but he's had atleast 4 polls done, and even if you were to discount the last one as not being run "properly" he still failed the other 3, I have nothing against him, just doing my job.
