I believe when I talked to JCol it had to do with the Gernade launcher rule and how cliffhanger wouldn't listen about the 15secs rule in SD.  I know that I have personally warned him about this but he apparently was ignoring JCol when he gave the warnings and continued on with.  He was banned for a week a believe but you will have to get clarification from JCol on it.

oh yes  i was tubing one time because i forgot in S&D this rule but  I saw  Imsorry  and Ididnt again,  BUTT,  He banned me  on other match HQ  using tubing that is no reasion to kick me and im not using inapropiade laguage and nothing about that, just I kill him whit tube on HQ imn't think thats reason to kickme?

Just looked at this...thought I'd join in.  Cliff is lyin his ass off.  He's known about the rule for a long time and continued to ignore it.  I have personally warned him countless times, as has JCol, Sleek, Antikiller, and several others.  I know for a fact that I had warned him at least 10 times.  We are sick of it!  JCol gave him MANY warnings but he kept doing it.  Sleek, Anti, and I were getting mad at Jcol for giving him so many chances.  JCol did everything in his power to give this douche another chance to learn from his mistakes, but he's[Cliff] either retarded or doesn't care about the rules.
