[Thanatology]

JoelMac and I are joining with another friend of mine Alaphic and playing numerous games over Hamachi based LANs over the next little bit.  If anyone else wants to join us - the more the merrier.

We will be starting off with several games at our disposal:

• Titan Quest (Immortal Throne Expansion) ~6gb
• Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 ~ 6+gb
• Civilization 4 - Beyond the Sword Expansion (Dales Combat Mod) ~ ??GB

I will be posting information for our Hamachi LAN shortly - still waiting on my monitor to return.  But, once back the fun begins.  Otherwise just xfire me for additional info as we move forward.  Can't wait till the next Valve game - "Left 4 Dead" allows us to create squads to go against the zombie hoards.

the most cryticized thing bout R6V2 is that its very similar to R6V,but good game though (i think so basing my opinion on videos,havent played it yet)

As for hamachi I think the free version is limited to 10 or 15 members in a network, but that's plenty for now.  Anyway - Viewsonic is apparently horrid, they first told me 7-14 business days.  Today, they requoted me 14 - 21 business days.  When asked about the discrepancy, "Yes, its a new policy."

My reply, "So in 7-14 business days you've changed your policy then?" 

A pause followed by, "Yes, that's the new policy."

Asshats.
