hey guys, one of the reason i built my new comp was because my dads old mobo fried. but now we got a new mobo for his computer and i cant seem to understand the front panel connections. this is how the front panel manual is worded

but i dont see where the + and - are. would you guys be able to tell me which plug goes where? i know that The colored leads are + and the white or black leads are ground or -
