temps
« on: June 25, 2008, 01:13:39 PM »
what do you guys think is the correct temp.  real temp or core temp.  that was overclocked but they are still always off from each other.  real temp is more with the bios.  also i have very good air cooling.  artic freezer 7, and a case almost just like the antec 900, the tempest.  also keep it always 72 degrees in my house.  thanks for you help in advance

pic is too small to read. ppl are now usually swearing by realtemp, and seems to hold truer with new chips. core temp's tjunction is off with the new chips i believe. let me guess, realtemp is consistently 10-15 diff than coretemp right?

personally i use both, and everest, and kinda just get a ballpark number

one thing is right now as we speak my e6400 is clocked at 8x400=3282.00  and it runs fine.  real temp shows core 0=27 and core 1=24, but if i try to do orthos it just stops itself after 2 seconds
