Its your CPU, and your ram ... This game takes 80% of my 4GB ram so you can kinda figure what kind of hog it is

edit: and yeah I use an xbox360 controller to play this

how much memory do you all have in the graphics section? i only have 420mb but im using 2 gigs of ram. is it supposed to be that low or is it not seeing all my memory?

i've got a 512mb Nvidea Geforce 9500GT with 6gb ram and i dont think my videocard would be good enough for GTA IV to run even at half the graphics..
