New Computer For Grad~

Sup Guys, well here I am asking for suggestions again  8)
Since I'm graduating from High School on May 2010 I'm getting a new computer.
Intel Motherboard~ (Don't know model yet, BUT supports Intel Core and Core 2)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.8Ghz
RAM: 2x 2GB RAM 800Mhz
Monitor: BENQ 22'' Wide
Video Card: Here's the problem, don't know which one to buy, if a 1GB Nvidia or a 1GB ATI

how much can you spend?

get a core i5, 2x2GB ddr3 ram, and an ATI 5850/5870
