Requirements:

1. Active on forums, mumble, and game(basically be on alot)

2. Will be able to get along with me, and the other recruiters

3. Will be able to follow rules and guidelines

4. Will not be biased(if your friend applies, and fails, you will be professional about it, meaning no letting him anyways)

5. No getting pissed off at voters for their decisions.

6. Tending to your poll, meaning you make a poll, and then you watch, and make the decision(un-biased of course)

7. Follow the 2-3weeks and the NEW after people fail 3 times, they DO NOT GET INVITED TO EVERYONE

8. If you are un-sure of a decision, come to an admin or myself or any recruiter to get more advice on the decision.

9. Be able to put up with people aruging with you about a decision.

10.If you feel that after a while you can not handle it, come to me for me to find a replacement, I do not want you going out

Heres my app I guess:

After only officially being in the clan for a couple a days, I have had the opportunity to get to know the general public and also the chance to engage in everyday activities that the community does. Seeing the community, and how popular it is, I would like the chance to help out by being a recruiter in order to make the clan better. I am online everyday, and check the forums frequently. I have ran 2-3 clans and 2 CAL teams myself and understanding what it takes to be a recruiter and scout out possible recruits. This being said, I have the patience it requires to checks posts, polls and votes, in order to assist with the recruiting and the welcoming processes.

As I said earlier, I am online almost everyday, and check the forums regularly.
