Big Unexplainable Problem

Ok so. I went sleeping yesterday happy after playing some cod2. Today when i came from school i saw weird things. My xfire showed that our servers were down. So i went to check it to ingame (Both COD's). Same result. Then i went to our site and saw that our servers werent down so i looked again to my xfire and ingame and they just showed that they are offline. My internet connection is fine and i can connect to other servers. Help me please.

restart comp, restart modem, restart router. if that doesnt work, leave ur modem unplugged for like 30 minutes to get a new ip

IP didnt help so i guess my ISP has blocked ip's starting with 38.105.81.67. How can i unblock it?
