Title: Windows Vista, Or Xp for new rig?

Well got most of my newer parts cept my other 3850 but i guess that can wait.

Which OS should I install? Dont really what to do a Dual/Triple boot as I only got a 80Gb HDD right now,

And yes You can play games on Ubuntu, I have had COD2 running on my last install of it, with Wine.

yea that'll run vista fine.. and u should get a second 3850 your board supports crossfire and apparently the 3000 series crossfire well

Shouldve put 2nd. But yeah thats what my plan was, ive already had a 3850 for about a week now, and was supposed to get one with the rest of the stuff I ordered but my version i guess went out of stock before it shipped >:(

Anybody got any invites for private trackers?

oohh sorry i didnt see other.. yea i shouldve got two 3850s instaed of 1 3870... wouldve been closer to 400 rather than 260ish... but i think the price/performance wouldve been good.. apparently two 3850s beats a gtx

In vista call of duty 2 dont work. I have vista and i cant ply in my room cod2. I must go to sister comp and play. :'( :'(

in vista cod2 doesent work. I have vista myself and i cant play it in my room where i have the computer.

i really have the same question.

i just got new board in, cause didnt like the sli board, due to not good overclocker.

asus p5b deluxe, e6400, 2gb mushkin ddr2 800 4-5-4-11, artic cooler freezer 7, 8800gts 320, 750 psu

will probably run 64 bit unless someone gives me a reson not too.  get let me know
