He was a very strong leader and saved many lives in Iraq, I fought next to this man in many firefights. He served his country in the USMC for 10 years. The last time I saw Sgt. Rod he was fine, I left North Carolina knowing he was going to be ok, going through kimo and radiation. I just learned of this news very recently and no words can describe how I feel personally, and how I feel for his family.
I want to do something nice, send flowers or something to his family. If you would like to donate to this cause please so.

this is not the same but a colleg of me fel about 7 meters of a roof about 2 weeks aggo, and he layed coma since, till last friday when in the morning they stoped machine breathing, and that evening he died, theursday is his funeral.
