Thanks for applying but ... Recruits for RS are closed unless you have been invited by a full member which doesn't seem to be so.
Read the sticky topics on this section and if you wanna try to get in try to get knowing our members first ... Use mumble, forums and play alot on our servers !
The least you can do is fill the application completely !
