ok i think its my video card and im a newbie at putting this and i dont know where to put this video adaptor thingy it came with it, i also think its my PSU

ok youll need a 6pin adapter from the power supply to power it up.

yea hes gonna take a pic and post it. dont do anything more if u wanna save the card. you could fuck it up if you try and power on without the right power going in it

im also using 300w power supply for my 3850 512mb specs 5600+amd 2.8 3g ram actually ill just tell u the model number of my Hp computer its A6230n

uninstall nvidia drivers

reboot
install ati catalyst centre
reboot

k dont break anything talk to someone here or ill be back later and well go through with pics... your power supply now probably doesnt have the 6pin.. so i wouldnt even install it.

your dualboot config might be the reason youre having this driver problem,log on both your xp & vista uninstall all display drivers,then login to the os that's on drive C,install the ati driver.good luck.

ok its just an issue with 6150le onboard graphics.. cant run at the same time as an add-in pci-e gfx card.

although i would heavily recommend using the 500w as the 300w might be close to blowing up

1. put in the new gfx
2. plug it in
3. go to BIOS with the old gfx
4.disable old gfx
5. plug in your monitor to your new gfx
6. good to go

It think im not missing anything
