Shuttle D33032 (no top to case) sckt 478 MB + 3 Ghz p4 (with nice heatsink and adjustable fan) + 512 gb ram + 120gb HD + MX 5900 128 MB VGA with DVI/s-video out + 250W PSU ( also included backup 200w PSU was original still works) LiteOn CDRW /Power cord/sata cords/ sata power connectors included.

Top part of the shuttle case not included(cant find it), still looks nice tucked into a entertainment center.
