ya, your wrong. Id think you could get 60 fps however, try overclocking both the CPU and the VGA

Actually the more I think about it. The more you should think about droping your 8400 and moving up the line a tad.
Take this for reference, http://www.nobsclan.com/forums/index.php?topic=3037.0 that was for testing, and the 8500 doubles the 8400 without breaking a sweat. You can get a 8600 for less than $75 now, so might be time to upgrade :) The CPU should be able to hit 3.0 ghz without trying to hard, which will help alot in games, put atm your bottleneck is the 8400.
Overclock the CPU in the bois, and you overclock the card using rivatuner.

Many thanks smitty but remember i dont live in the US and in veneuela things cost 4 times their regular price so that's $300 i dont have lol
And i tried overclocking it and now my pc is acting really weird i think i did something wrong, hopefully i have a buddy who knows this shit and its gonna help me fix what i fucked lol

Yea i got it back to deafault tho.. i think i'm gonna leave it at that for now i was one step for burning my pc out lol
