Title: [ Classes] 3.1 Warlock Spec?

Ok I just came back to WoW for about 2 months now and was Destro like I left off in BC and I hated it so I went 41/30 like a friend suggested and Loved it and now BAM 41/30 isnt possible anymore and want to know what the other Locks are doing to keep there Damage competitive? Oh also now that searing pain is not a threat generator like before are you guys using it?
