i just got a idea, evil said that there is too much glitcher and we cant ban them all... but if u want to get rid of glitcher, put hight gravity... ( /rcon g_gravity 1000 or higher ) so when people will jump to get in a glitch spot, they wll fail cause gravity is too high...
thats what ZARS clan did to get rid of glitcher.... and trust me it work... there are lots of glitch spot that they cant go...

Actually we can't Cause N!ghtmare is in charge of that server so we have to tell him to do it

You can't really put that in a config.... well not that I know of, and I was the big grav modifier back in teh day.
You'd need an admin every time a map loads to slap the command in.
