Ok well ive gotten quite a few people iming me about the flashing G15 so I figured Id post a little Tutorial on how to install it. (only tested on a V1 G15, The one with the flip open LCD screen)

Step 1:
Download Winamp. www.winamp.com

Step 2:
Download Rays Mod. http://www.style.x10hosting.com/raysmod.zip

Step 3:
Install rays mod in to your Winamps Plugin Folder. Basically all you have to do is drag the .dll file to: C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins

Step 4:
Loaded up some songs in Winamp.

Step 4a:
May need to disable the stock Media plugin for the G15. Just go you your Logitech LCD manager, and uncheck the logitech media display box and hit OK.

Step 5:
Once playing some songs, you should see the equalizer, and what song you are playing.


Step 6:
Hit the 4th button under your LCD screen, not the number 4 Key! lol


You should then see the settings menu as shown in the pic.

Step 7:
The hard part. Okay now once your in the menu youll notice that if you scroll down using the wheel, your last option will be "Alert: On Volume change On". So what you need to do is hold both CTRL buttons on each side of the keyboard. While holding both find a way to scroll down.


Now you will see 2 new options;
"Back light VU led OFF" and "Back light VU Led use off  OFF"

While still holding both CTRL buttons turn both of them options "ON" by pressing the play button on both options. Now your keyboard should be Flashing to the beat of your music. Works great with HIP hop/ Rap.

Rock songs are ok, some make the keys look dim.
