We need massive updates and upgrades, For instance, instead of trying to trick our CoD2 audience by changing the the map rotation to what it used to be definatly isnt a start, i think a few of us need to sit down and discuss what exactly needs to be done....

Werth, I got so many good maps, You just gotta take the 5 mins to listen to my ideas, and you might just see a population increase

no kidding.  Things change, people will leave no matter how many new maps you put on the rotation, take out of the rotation or add/change servers, turn on FF, turn it off again, get RCOn, take RCON, or record videos of you dancing to Greased Lightning.  There are things that people won't be able to find with this clan.  If people like Synflux want to leave because this clan isn't competitive enough the answer isn't always that we should get more competitive, start berrating members for not scrimming or all that.  The first question should be, 'should we change?'.  I know that I joined this clan, continue with this clan, because it is non-competitive.  I don't have the time or the inkling to practice each and every night, scrim 20 or more times a week to prepare for the CAL match.  If there are those that want to, you have my support and my encouragement to join the CAL team I will gladly give my spot to someone. 

Like someone else, I think Smitty, said.  I have seen more competitive clans drop by the wayside than I have seen flourish.  Being competitive takes a lot of work, tons of work, if there are guys within NoBS that want to put the effort in I will gladly support them but if the only guys that want to scrim do so irregularly that is fine with me to.  Personally, I think that NoBS is doing fine.  I know that I can always find people on Mumble or Xfire and usually if the mood strikes us we can usually even get a scrim going.  I think you have to ask yourself what you want from the clan.  If you are looking for a place to meet some great people and have some fun I don't think I have ever played with a clan that this is more true of.

If you don't think that is true, join up on Mumble some night, usually around the 7-11pm EST time.  Ask around about a scrim if that is what you want I can almost guarantee you can get together enough for a scrim or just pub it with those on Mumble doing the same.  Its good times.  If I wasn't having fun I have plenty of other things I can spend my time doing but I don't because I, at least in my opinion, still think NoBS is doing fine.  I may be wrong I've been there before but that is just my take on things as they stand.

I might suggest a like-minded group of mature (for the most part) gamers you might consider networking with.  [DSA] - Dark Shadow Alliance.  Good CoD clan, amiable fellows - there is never a shortage of surprisingly friendly people.

Im down for whatever always!  I do hate to see people go though!  Whatever any of you need  just let me know!  I know i dont know  alot of you, but it seems anytime i catch any of you in game...i join and you leave!  Maybe, some "senior" members (members who have been around) could help get some of the newer members j more involved with the clan!  I do whatever i can, which isnt much because i have no responsibilities.  I am legit now, so whatever you need i am down.  Wanna scrim?   Sure, even though i am to impatient for S&D hit me up i will do it.  RIght now all i can do is represent the clan the best I can w/ my game play.
