I don't even have a paypal account ..... seems like somebody is getting screwed ?

I would try contacting paypal asap.

I had someone try using my paypal once, luckily I caught it before they actually processed the money.. even tho there was no money in there,,

I would still contact them saying you never made a paypal account, and that somehow someone is using your email.

If that seller gets scammed hes gonna be sending and email to you. That then would get turned over to the police if shit doesnt get straighted out.

Better safe than sorry..
