I believe most everyone in this clan plays Legit by this time.  So, such is life.  Consider it a product service extension, we ally people who might not buy it to 'test' before they purchase.  As should be the case with most games - cause for the most part PC gamers know that games suck ass.

but rather to question why anyone would host hacked servers when it undermines the product that we get as PC gamers?

the first reason we ran cracked is because of activision's master servers actually. we were originally legit until they fucked things up big time. No one could connect because the server to check cd keys couldnt handle the load. so we cracked and our servers flourished. we've stayed cracked to allow people to try before buy so to speak. many of our members have gone legit after had playing on our servers.

Hmm you know whats frustrating.. is when you buy a game only to get home and not be able to play it. I paid $50 for this game to Activision and IW to play, so I expect to play. When they cant provide that for us, we'll take our own measure. We don't promote stealing games, in fact i would recommend to anyone and everyone to buy this game. Whether the people on our server decide to buy the game is completely up to them, and we hold no responsibility over whatever the fuck they want to do in their life. That's like blaming an alcohol company for a drunk driving death. It's the person's fault.

i have 3 legits keys and i still play cracked... its a good server, cant knock it cause its cracked. I barely even play on pub servers theyre not half as good.

I can tell you this in truth.  I have never bought an actual legit PC game ever, I have no interest.  For free/cracked I will play them but if I had to pay the $50-70 I doubt I would do it, there is too many bad games out there that are not worth the money.  I have bought COD4 legit and only because I played it cracked first and enjoyed it so much I bought a legit copy.  That is one sale that Activision and IW can chalk up in thanks to the all pirates out there.

I agree 100% with Rasparthe, to many games @ $50 a pop, and most are fucking horrible!

I agree with that as well - I find that going on to "legit" servers I am having trouble finding people of even middling skill.  Sure I don't play Hardcore so that takes some of the good players out of the loop, but even still.  Hard to find quality people to challenge you.
