making 2 mods into one?

Sometimes when you connect to server, and you have to DL more than 1 file, it hangs after a file or 2. Which will result in a lost player, so to combat this, I want to have only 1 single DL, im wondering if we can make our own .iwd, to maybe throw a few mods into one?

Like:
xtreme_1.6.iwd

PLUS

bot mod
skins mod


anyone know, or think this is possible?
