im not generalizing. im stating that quebec has a different mentality when it comes to many social issues, and clearly liberal judges like this (is it not obvious from the verdict?) have their heads up their asses and have no clue. you know how bad this could be? now every kid who reads this, and gets punished for something can use this as a rebuttal. what kind of precedent are we setting if the fuckin superior court says we're not allowed to punish kids? how the fuck do they learn?

the whole fuckin justice system is a joke. in gatineau a few weeks back (same city) a man was sentenced to 5 years in jail after running over and killing an 18-year-old girl while drunk (spent the day in the tittie bar-dropped "~$1500")--also, his 3rd drunk driving offense? wtf? throw his ass in jail for life or give him the chair.

maybe i am generalizing a bit. im not saying everyone in quebec is bad or anything, im saying that shit in general is fucked up, and way too liberal, and more so in quebec. dont think anyone is gonna argue that.
