If your java fucks up dont use it as it does eat a shit load of cpu power use Mirc/X-chat its alot better, look in the     Tutorials (What is IRC, and how do I set it up?) and if your still stuck setting it up post where your stuck at as it is easy to use when you get used to it (fryed my head the first time to lol)

ok let me say this about IRC, its fun to chat with eachother, but when some1 needs an admin in a server IRC sucks balls, cus i hear no BEEP BEEP when some1 calls me, but with xfire i can hear that, and i dont want to get out off the game each to time to check for a message!! like i said its fun for chat but not for rcon stuff!!

xfire rules still. It shows me the half transparent icon with message when I'm playing something, so I'm always capable of answering. This way I'm kicking 20+ scripters on server, because 2 guys keep me informed
