someone around know or have knowledge how to configure VMware ESXi and made Virtual Machine whit it?
don't find any thing whit google! I start to thinking that my google sux!!!

ok I had worked on vmware player and make some VM whit it but now I have an HP ML370 G5 server and wanna run on it vmware server esxi, I download it from wmware web site (you know esxi is free but esx not), burm, bla bla bla.
after installing it I was confronted to a big prob! I can't configure it: can't do network config, can't ping on my router, change the default ip (0.0.0.0) so I CAN DO NOTHING! the only thing that I can change is the root password! I don't know what I do wrong.
so Evil if you can give me how to config it step by step and how to made VM whit it (cause it's so different whit vmware player or workstation! and if my knowledge is right ESXi is an OS on it self) or if you know a nice tuto or web site who ex plane how to do step by step (like I say I don't found any thing since a week googling!!!)
