uTorrent fail!!!

Has anyone every heard of utorrent not being about to connect on internet on a college campus? Someone told me to do something with a proxy? I dont even no what a proxy is! I want to get borderlands so can anyone help me please! :)

torrents are probably banned on your network as well as p2p

usually had the problem that pc is blocking the port utorrent is using
so try disabling antivirus, firewall ... or change port ....
