Looking like Activision are shafting Legit Players now too ...... Starting to ban legit keys bought from ... as a Valve Mod put it ...  "illegitimate" sources like g2play, projectstudiocdkeys & onlinekeystore.

The Valve Mod said that keys bought in online keyshops are illegitimate. They may be removing them. He advised to buy DVD retail or from Steam only.

And noticed someone got a response from Steam saying:
I am sorry but you all did not purchase from a legitimate retailer. It is recommended that you contact the seller to request a refund.

In the future, you should only buy unopened retail boxed copies from legitimate retailers or purchase via legitimate digital download services such as Steam and Direct2Drive.

Future threads on the issue will be closed. If you have any questions/comments, please contact Steam Support.

It doesnt work for me anymore either, says its tryin to connect to 19 games and just keeps cycling through... lame

let it run for 2-3 mins.

Whats happening is this. There are only so many people hosting the game @ the old version. So you have limited servers to choose from. It cycles through those servers looking for an opening, once someone leaves one of those servers you should get in.

Everytime I let the thing run for 2-3 mins it finds a full server thats in the middle of the game. And nearly everyone on that server has a space in there name, lol.

I read on the steam forms to turn off the windows firewall.
Worked for me last night....... ;D

As for playing close to you, forget about that happening.
I and a few buddies were playing last night at the same time, we live pretty close to each other.
I was playing in a german host, dvs was in the usa and squill was crotia somewhere lol. They complained about their lagg, one has a legit game and he complained the most.
Fuckin funny cuz he paid for it and got the worst lagg of all.
IW needs to admit they fucked this shit up and do whats right..........
