its not a permaban but you should get the hint. if someone tells you to STFU, especially an admin, id listen if i were you... just a heads up. spamming is annoying, and it can cause banhammering, depending on the spam material.

Yes.
It's common knowledge that when you are on one clan's server, you do not advertise another server or clan, no matter the circumstances.
We may decide to take it easy on you and unban you after a couple months, but don't get your hopes up.
