Yeah and i belive i read somewhere they gonna have dedi servers for the public too. Now that can, and prob will change before release day, but we can hope for the best.

from what i'm reading is that EALA is working on the SP and DICE is working on the MP, so i aint so sure about dedi files released to the public!!
