I voted to keep it the same.  It more realistic when you can kill your teammates by accident...just like real life.  I'm glad you can only kill your teammates once, then every time you do it again it just kills yourself.  This way is best, that way you can't have someone TK you more than once per round.

I like turtles too ;D....but they eat the frogs.  :P
