Hacker = da_Montekill

There is a hacker in nobs 5 atm, and he is a frequent visitor at this time of night (my time).  I have a demo u can watch, and I, along with everyone else who knows him, would appreciate a permanent ban.

I'm bumping this because he is back again, he's been in the server for over an hour at the time of this posting. This is the 3rd time I've seen him.

I was reading punkbuster's website and it was talking about giving vote/kick rights to select players. Is this at all possible on your servers? I was trying to use the pb_plist and pb_kick commands, but only a couple other people would help me vote.
