COD4 being STUPID!

Anyone ever seen this stupid error?

I split the Iso so i could burn it to a 4gb DVD with Hjsplit. I rejoined them after installing my new hardware and copy of windows. Installed fine, and now when i click on mp i get this stupid error. Tried reinstalling, but still same crap. ............ really dont want to download again...

No, stupid hjsplit screwed up the iso when it either split it or rejoined it, so now i gotta redownload..... might just wait till thursday and buy the damn thing...
