w32.virut.w

I got this today on my work computer, I fear this maybe the serial key stealer.  For those who have had there keys compromised or know a little bit about it let me know.  I run symantec 10.1.5 corporate at work and it was on it like donkey kong but I don't know if it transmitted data if it is the key stealing virus.  I was looking for a way to solve our LAN server cod4 problem that we have at work but this is what I got.

"Virut is a virus that infects any executable files and screensavers that the user accesses. The parasite also opens a back door providing the attacker with unauthorized remote access to the compromised computer. The intruder can upload and run arbitrary files."

because it is such a low level threat I am not really concerned that symantec didn't get the job done, I am just hoping that it didn't leave something behind.  I will run a few things tomorow to verify the system is clean but until then I don't suspect I will be playing.  work should slow down I might just throw my old image on there from a few months ago and just not worry about it.
