ram.. that ocz is no good.. the corsair is nice. i have the g skill in brothers comp pretty nice.
whats res you playing on? that graphics card is ok.. but if your playing over 1280x1024 id say no. in fact i wouldnt even recommend for that res. take a look at the hd3850 and check the prices

im not too sure about coolermaster but hey for 19.99 you cant go wrong... 500w is plenty..

keep your eye peeled for ram.. often u can find 2x1gb 6400 for like 19.99 after rebate.

I only play games at 1024X768 right now - might go higher but eh, little need at this stage.  Like I said, not going all out this time- just passable would be great.  One that would be scalable upward in 1 year's time.  With the jump to quad core, etc.

yea but a 3850 is maybe on 20-30 more than the 8600

Checking the web the cheapest those 3870s run is 238 and that's with a two week availability.  So, looking like that's the only option.  Thoughts?  Found one for 245 with free shipping.
