My IP or my subnet is banned for punkbuster why?

Who makes these decisions? why?
this is a open server or is it owned by someone?    
Is it exclusive?
We are a new and small community (youngsters including) we want to be a part of it and help to make it bigger and better.    
We do not try to do wrong to anyone, please let us play on their servers.

you share your address with 3 ppl and i have a feeling you know exactly why your ip gets banned-- ppsh juan is banned from this server. Kristoof is banned from this server and nadie is banned from this server..  your old address 189.139.94.54.  189.133.2.189. as well as 189.139.243.53 189.
and i have 4 more but it does not make a difference. You want to play stupid go ahead. Get a new ip again cuz it takes me 2 seconds to ban that one and it takes you 5 - 50 min. to get a new one. Your new clan bonsai or whatever it is is not allowed on our server. in game After i just told stated you guys are not allowed on 2 of your clan mates TK'D on purpose. So like my e-mail said i sent ya back....keep your ass in your 3rd world country and lick my dick after i screw your mom. FYI after you send me an e-mail it makes you look really dumb to act all not me like.
